By downloading or using EverGift ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
EverGift is a personal gift planning and relationship management app. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the app or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
EverGift offers an optional Pro subscription at $2.99 per month, which includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the free trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
The 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers only. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
EverGift uses AI to generate gift ideas and buy timing suggestions. These suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or availability of any AI-generated recommendations.
All personal data you enter in the app is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content, design, and code within EverGift is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
EverGift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
